We’re glad you’re here! Please carefully read the below terms of service to fully understand our process, policies, and terms. We strive to be transparent in our policies and welcome any questions at hello@caliquepaperie.com.

Our Offerings

Calique Paperie & Design provides fully custom-designed and professionally printed stationery for both events and everyday use. Offerings include, but are not limited to, invitations, event stationery, journals, notepads, and other paper goods. All designs are created to order and tailored to each customer’s specifications.

 

Process & Timeline

• After completing our Event Stationery Order Form, Custom Order Form, or Creative Consult, you will receive a summary email and estimate for your order. 

• Upon approval of your estimate, it will be converted into an invoice.

• Upon payment of your invoice, we begin crafting a mood board for your custom order. This will be sent within 3 days of payment receipt.

• Once you approve your mood board, your design will be created and sent to you in 7-9 business days in the form of communication chosen during the order process. 

• After your written approval, the order will move into production for print. You are responsible for the design approval in its entirety; once items are sent to print, we are unable to make additional changes. 

• Please carefully check your wording, spelling, and details prior to submission of our Event Stationery Order Form, Custom Order Form, or Creative Consult.

• Each order includes two rounds of minor revisions (such as font changes, color changes, or wording updates). Please allow up to 48 hours for completion of minor revisions. All requested changes submitted together in a single message count as one round; additional messages with further changes will be considered additional rounds.

• Major design changes are subject to an additional design fee.

• Calique Paperie & Design is not responsible for any spelling errors or omissions in the final product that were not identified and corrected during the proofing process. By approving the final proof(s), you accept full responsibility for all information, spelling, and layout as shown in the final proof(s).

• Additional reprinting charges may apply if Calique Paperie & Design is notified of concerns or issues after the printing process has begun.

• For expedited service or shipping, an expedited service fee will be added to your order. This fee is dependent on the specific request and will be communicated to you in a timely manner.

Providing Accurate and Detailed Information

To ensure the best possible outcome for your custom stationery, we rely on the details you provide. It is crucial that you share as much relevant information as possible regarding your design preferences, color schemes, wording, and any other specific requests. The more details you provide, the better we can tailor our designs to meet your expectations.

We are not responsible for revisions or adjustments required due to incomplete or unclear information at the time of order placement. Any necessary modifications resulting from missing details may incur additional fees and extend processing times.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to communicate all necessary details clearly and accurately.

 

Pricing Transparency

Pricing is subject to change without notice. All prices listed on our website are provided as estimates only. Each order is custom-priced based on individual requests and quantities. Therefore, the invoice for your specific order will reflect the most accurate pricing.

All estimates provided by Calique Paperie & Design are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.

Shipping

Once we have handed your package to a third-party carrier, Calique Paperie & Design is no longer liable for the package. We do not provide refunds for packages that are damaged, lost or delayed by a third-party carrier. Calique Paperie & Design will make reasonable efforts to assist and facilitate the resolution of any issues that may arise during the shipping or mailing process.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and mailing address information. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect information will be the responsibility of the client.

Tracking information will be provided once your package has been shipped.

​

For international orders, please note that all tariffs or taxes on your package are the responsibility of the client.

Colors & Printing

While we strive to represent colors shown on our website and your final product, we cannot guarantee that colors will be identical to the color on your screen.

Calique Paperie & Design will make reasonable efforts to ensure color accuracy in the final printed product. Minor color discrepancies may occur due to variations in monitors, printers, and printing processes. Calique Paperie & Design is not responsible for minor color variations within reasonable industry standards.

​

If precise color matching is crucial, you should communicate this in writing, requesting a printed proof at additional cost.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of your order, once we begin designing, we are unable offer refunds. Details of your design and order should be fully reviewed for accuracy and will be delivered and printed as they were originally entered unless written notice is received. Once your order is printed, should there be an error on our end, we will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible. Should this occur, please note that we do not provide expedited shipping services. Your package will need to be inspected within 48 hours of receipt; errors reported after this timeline are at the discretion of Calique Paperie & Design to remedy.

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches its obligations. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

Calique Paperie & Design strives to complete orders promptly once an order is received. Design fees are non-refundable once designs have been created.

Third Party Liability Disclaimer

To facilitate our operations, we utilize trusted third-party platforms. We ensure that these third-party services align with industry privacy standards and comply with relevant data protection regulations. Your information will only be used to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and will not be shared, sold, or used beyond these operations. Additionally, these third-party platforms may contain separate information, content, or materials that are not controlled or endorsed by Calique Paperie & Design. We waive any liability for the accuracy, policies, or practices of these external sites.

Governing Law

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

​

Intellectual Property

All artwork, design layouts, and fonts produced by Calique Paperie & Design are subject to copyright; you may not copy any designs, images, and/or artwork, or have others copy it or use it to create derivative works. All copyright, trademarks, design rights, and other intellectual property (registered and unregistered) shall remain with Calique Paperie & Design LLC.

The client grants Calique Paperie & Design the right to showcase and promote the completed designs and products on the Calique Paperie & Design website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials after removing any personal information. Additionally, the client grants Calique Paperie & Design the right to post and share client testimonials and reviews for marketing purposes on any of Calique Paperie & Design’s platforms.

We are unable to use another’s artwork or copyrighted material in any capacity for our stationery.

If you have specific concerns about privacy or wish to opt-out of this clause, please communicate this in writing to Calique Paperie & Design before completing any forms or submissions.
