Every piece we create is unique, and so are you! Throughout the process, you’ll have the freedom to choose how you’d like to communicate, how often you'll receive updates, and even the opportunity to meet directly with your designer. Your preferences guide our process, whether you prefer quick touch-points or a more hands-on approach to stay fully connected to your order’s progress.
Your Custom Stationery, Step by Step
1. Share Your Vision
Complete our order form to share your inspiration, must-haves, and all the delightful details you’re dreaming of.
Tell us about your vision including colors, wording, and anything else that you've dreamed up! Inspiration photos and fine details are always encouraged.
4. Set the Mood
If your order includes a mood board, we’ll send it your way to make sure we're aligned before diving into the design.
Mood boards help us align on the aesthetic before design begins—think of it as a sneak peek into the vibe and direction we’ll take.
7. Print Confirmation
Once your design is finalized, we’ll send a confirmation email letting you know the printing process is officially underway.
No further action needed—your designs are off to be printed exactly as approved.
Allow 3-7 business days for printing depending on the size of your order.
2. Review Your Estimate
We’ll send over an estimate based on your request. Once you approve it, we’ll convert it into your official invoice.
Sent within 24 hours of your completed form, your estimate includes your selected pieces, quantities, paper and print details, and any custom add-ons.
5. Creative Kickoff
Our designer gets to work, thoughtfully crafting a concept that reflects your vision with heart and intention.
Within 3–5 business days, we’ll have your design ready to share! Our designer crafts every detail to make your pieces feel uniquely yours.
8. Sealed & Sent
Your order is officially en route to you! You’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
It’s officially en route! Your custom creation is heading your way—packaged with love and ready to delight the moment it arrives.
3. Secure Your Spot
Your spot is saved once the invoice is paid—then the creative magic begins and sets the timeline in motion.
Once your invoice is paid, your order is officially in motion (eek!). Keep an eye on your preferred communication method for updates.
6. Preview & Polish
Review your design and request any final tweaks. We’ll polish every detail until it’s just right.
Get ready to see your design for the first time! You’ll have the chance to make 2 minor tweaks until everything feels just right. Allow 48 hours per request.
9. Celebrate & Share
Open your package, soak it all in—and if you loved the experience, we’d be thrilled if you left us a review!
